In Srishti, we focus on the Bharatanatyam (Kalakshetra) dance style in which the overall mind, body and soul wellness is focused upon. Classes include yoga and other exercises for stretching and strengthening the muscles and core which are used the most while performing this intensive dance routine. The syllabus incorporates not just dance theoretical and practical training sessions in the modules, but also positive principles from other principles like Yogic and Sanskrit Literature. Yoga techniques are stressed upon to make it a complete body holistic experience when learning dance.
